Ser indefenso tiene ventajas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Recordarnos que tener envidia es imprescindible para mantener este estado, la envidia nos\u00a0generar\u00e1 inseguridad, distorsionar\u00e1 la realidad y lastimar\u00e1 m\u00e1s la autoestima. Recordarnos que no somos capaces de\u00a0conseguir lo que deseamos as\u00ed nos sera mas f\u00e1cil tener envidia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">A veces puede que nuestra autoestima este alta, pero inestable, o baja e inestable, lo mejor para mantener nuestra actitud de baja autoestima es que este BAJA Y ESTABLE, siempre al loro de lo que pase con la autoestima, no sea que suba y rompa nuestro guion de sufridores y perdedores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Como sabemos la autoestima engloba muchos aspectos de la persona, y puede que nos demos cuenta que solo tenemos baja autoestima en algunos aspectos de nuestra vida, como por ejemplo en lo referente a lo laboral, o solo con algunos problemas, o en el tema de los amigos, familia, lo social, o solo en la falta de confianza en nosotros mismos, d\u00e9monos cuenta que esto nos indica que podemos tener alta autoestima en las otras \u00e1reas de nuestra vida. MALO. Hacer lo posible para que baje en todas las \u00e1reas posibles, si solo tenemos un poco de baja autoestima, y solo en una secci\u00f3n, esto nos puede llevar a salir del atolladero y volvernos personas confiadas y sensibles, contentas consigo mismo, y eso esta en contra de la filosof\u00eda que buscamos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-1007 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/psicologiaviva.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/autoestima.jpg\" alt=\"autoestima\" width=\"498\" height=\"430\" srcset=\"http:\/\/psicologiaviva.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/autoestima.jpg 526w, http:\/\/psicologiaviva.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/autoestima-300x259.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 498px) 100vw, 498px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>10 Maneras de mantener la autoestima por los suelos:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">No olvidar las cosas que nos lastiman. Ser <strong>Pesimista, y negativo<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Responder a las provocaciones<\/strong> de forma airada, no conf\u00edes, <strong>critica<\/strong>, <strong>juzga<\/strong>, <strong>envidia<\/strong> a los otros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Reconocer que <strong>no podemos estar solos<\/strong>, no confiar en nosotros mismos. Buscar pareja y compa\u00f1\u00eda a cualquier precio y con quien sea, con tal de estar acompa\u00f1ado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Ver a las otras personas mejores que nosotros mismos, <strong>idealizar a los dem\u00e1s<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Negar la realidad<\/strong>, no aceptar las cosas como son. Miente a los dem\u00e1s y a ti mismo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Tener miedo<\/strong>, sobre todo de cambiar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sentir que no nos merecemos <strong>amor ni respeto<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Sentirnos <strong>incapaz de superar retos<\/strong>, sentirnos d\u00e9biles, inseguros.
