Es una autoregulaci\u00f3n\u00a0donde se busca el <strong>estar en el cuerpo y tomar conciencia<\/strong> de lo que emerge en el presente, dejando de lado los pensamientos, sin juzgar y con aceptaci\u00f3n de lo que surge.\u00a0Observando lo que sucede con curiosidad, con mente de principiante, con aceptaci\u00f3n, sin juzgar , consiguiendo con su pr\u00e1ctica responder a los acontecimientos en lugar de reaccionar.<!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Con la pr\u00e1ctica de mindfulness \u00a0<strong>pretendemos afrontar el estr\u00e9s y malestar<\/strong> con una nueva actitud. En el d\u00eda a d\u00eda nos solemos mover con automatismos, o \u00abpiloto autom\u00e1tico\u00bb y no nos damos cuenta de lo que nos est\u00e1 pasando en nuestro fondo. Con la pr\u00e1ctica desconectamos este piloto y miramos nuestro malestar desde otra perspectiva. Aprendemos a centrar nuestra atenci\u00f3n en aquello que estamos realizando en un momento determinado, evitando pensamientos, sensaciones, emociones, etc, que nos aparten o desv\u00eden del momento presente. Si algo nos aporta e<em>l mindfulness<\/em> a nuestra vida es la capacidad de vivir concentr\u00e1ndonos en cada actividad que estamos haciendo, ya sea andar, cocinar o leer un libro. Es, en resumidas cuentas, llevar la meditaci\u00f3n a todas nuestras actividades, sin necesidad de desconectar de lo que nos rodea.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt;\">El mindfulness tiene que ir acompa\u00f1ado de buenas intenciones, amabilidad y generosidad.\u00a0Puede usarse de forma pasiva, para descansar y calmar nuestra mente, y es algo que tiene m\u00faltiples beneficios para la salud, desde aliviar el estr\u00e9s a bajar nuestra presi\u00f3n arterial.
