Cuenta con meditaciones simples de distintas tem\u00e1ticas, y puedes descargar tus favoritas para escucharlas en modo offline. Su objetivo es ayudarte a ejercitar tu cerebro a trav\u00e9s del <em>mindfulness<\/em>. Petit BamBou es 100% en espa\u00f1ol, que tambi\u00e9n recomienda 10 minutos de utilizaci\u00f3n al d\u00eda para recibir todos los beneficios de esta t\u00e9cnica ancestral. Ense\u00f1a los principios b\u00e1sicos de la meditaci\u00f3n mediante unas animaciones muy pr\u00e1cticas.
